What is MikeZilla's TEC?
Around the year 2011, a young Michael Meyer began working on a project that would eventually become TEC. It began as a small story about some wacky characters, but soon grew into a massive world with many elements and much to say.

TEC is a story of the rise of a resistance against a powerful authoritarian regime. After a series of resource wars leave the planet barren and wasted, infested with mutants, Tec arose from the ashes to offer refuge from the terrors of the apocalypse, but it was not as it seems, as Tec used its military arm, the Koni, to initiate conquest and subjugation.

Our story begins when a Koni assault on Tec's principle adversary, the kingdoms of Yuania and Calin, leave Melina Rhee stranded deep within the Outlands in the Perindan Wastes. Initially just trying to survive, Melina soon finds herself part of a bigger story.

Once a proud member of Calinese nobility, Melina Rhee now finds herself stranded in the harsh environment that is the Perindan Wastes.
She's resourceful and a skilled survivor, and knows how to crack a good joke every now and then.
Nathan Jordison once fought for the Koni, the military hand of Tec, but the life of a soldier wasn't for him. After briefly taking up the life of a bounty hunter, Nathan found himself caught up in the middle of a Koni rebellion.

He may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but Nathan is a strong warrior.
A member of the Yahle, a species of magic wielding mutants, Chamsuiet's story is shrouded in mystery. What isn't a mystery is that she is the bane of Nathan's existence, though she knows he needs her.

Lazy and unwilling to participate in most activities, Chamsuiet is the wise ass of the group. But perhaps her potential is more than even she knows.
​
A ruthless and hot headed soldier, Qi Dot doesn't take no for an answer. She's Richard Harvey's special little darling and makes sure everyone is aware of it. Dot served with Nathan briefly and always hated him.

Qi Dot is convinced that Melina must be involved with the resistance force in the Outlands, and does everything she can to hunt her down.

The mysterious consul over the Perinda territory, not much is known about Geovanni Regis. What is known is that he rules under Richard Harvey with an iron fist. Regis does what he needs to do in order to try and wrangle the beast that is the Perindan Wastes.

Cunning, resourceful, and level headed: often quite the foul to General Dot.
​
Derkona is the leader of the Koni, and Richard Harvey's right hand man. Imposing, but elegant. Brutal, but honorable.
​
Derkona and his elite forces rarely involve themselves in anything but the most important missions: and it looks like what is happening in the Outlands might be just that.
